Dr. Kusuma practiced academic orthopedic surgery in Columbus, Ohio. He received his medical degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, Tenn., and completed further training at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago and the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in Philadelphia.
He’s authored multiple peer-reviewed publications and is senior vice president and chief medical officer at Exactech.
