Dr. Manifold has practiced in the central Delaware region for the last 25 years and works at Bayhealth’s Bayhealth Kent Campus and Sussex Campus. He has served as the director of orthopedic surgery at Bayhealth since 2010.
Scott Brown, a member of Bayhealth’s Business and Investment Committee, was also added to the board of directors, the health system said.
