Orthopedic surgeon could lose medical license for alleged drunk driving, possession of cocaine

Tulsa, Okla.-based orthopedic surgeon Mark S. Wilson, MD, could lose his medical license after he was arrested on drunken driving charges and was allegedly in possession of cocaine, reports KJRH.

Dr. Wilson was arrested last April and allegedly admitted to using cocaine for the last five years, according to KJRH.

He practices in Oklahoma City and Tulsa.

The Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure is holding a disciplinary hearing March 5.
