Orthopedic practice converts bank into 5K-square-foot medical office

Benton Franklin Orthopedic Associates in Kennewick, Wash., has converted a former bank into a 5,380-square-foot medical office, according to a December report from Tri-Cities Area Journal of Business.

The conversion project cost Benton Franklin $2.5 million, and it included refitting the building to hold 12 exam rooms and on-site X-ray services.
