The collaboration is aimed at streamlining the companies’ offerings, according to a July 25 news release. Skytron focuses on surgical imaging, and Arthrex has developed more than 1,000 products in minimally invasive orthopedics.

“This partnership allows us to offer the most advanced technology and operating room infrastructure in one package, a comprehensive suite of complementary products that will help surgeons treat their patients better,” Ryan Papa, Arthrex’s director of imaging and resection sales, said in the release.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
