The center, which opened in 2021 and includes a clinical space, two operating rooms and an imaging center, will join OCP’s Motion Orthopedics Platform.
“Wentzville is the fastest growing St. Louis suburb, and this investment is a significant growth milestone for OCP and Motion that enables us to better serve our existing patients and meet the needs of a rapidly expanding community,” Rich Gilbert, MD, Orthopedic Care Partners’ CEO said in an Aug. 29 press release.
The investment is backed by Varsity Healthcare Partners, a private equity investment firm that specializes in lower-middle market healthcare services.
