Warsaw, Ind.-based OrthoPediatrics has appointed Kelly Fischer, senior vice president and CFO of Cook Medical, to its board of directors, effective Aug. 8, according to an Aug.25 news release from the organization.
She succeeds Terry Schlotterback, who retired from the board after more than 15 years of service, including time as chair.
Ms. Fischer has more than two decades of financial and operational leadership experience at Cook Medical and previously held roles at Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen accounting firms.
