Orthopaedic Associates of St. Augustine raises $28k for charity: 3 points

Orthopaedic Associates of St. Augustine (Fla.) has raised more than $28,000 for Alpha-Omega Miracle Home, according to The St. Augustine Record.

1. The practice held a golf tournament to raise the funds.

 

2. The tournament on Oct. 14 attracted 136 golfers.

 

3. Alpha-Omega Miracle Home is a nonprofit that supports a housing program for single mothers and their children, as well as senior women.
