Hatch will increase patient access to orthopedic care by ensuring patients are connected to the appropriate providers, using clinical acuity, patient preferences and real-time metrics.

Hatch offers tools including digital triaging, telehealth, asynchronous texting and online scheduling, according to a July 5 press release.

The partnership will give patients immediate access to OrthoLoneStar specialists digitally, mitigating emergency room and urgent care visits.

OrthoLoneStar currently has 165 physicians, nearly 1,200 employees and 46 locations.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
