Orthofix taps president of global orthopedics

Orthopedic and spine company Orthofix has tapped Patrick Fisher as president of its global orthopedics business.

Mr. Fisher will serve on the company’s executive leadership team and will report to its president and CEO, Massimo Calafiore, according to an Aug. 15 press release. 

Mr. Fisher most recently worked at Stryker, serving as the vice president and general manager of the company’s foot and ankle business unit.

Prior to Stryker, he served as the president of lower extremity and biologics for Wright Medical, which was acquired by Stryker in 2020.
