The Phoenix-based surgery center discharges patients three to four hours after their procedure. Using this approach, patients can begin walking the same day, with the assistance of a walker, and can start their rehabilitation soon after.

OrthoArizona-affiliated surgeons brought the procedure to Phoenix in 2007. As the procedure grew and evolved, they knew it would be a great fit for the surgery center setting to save patients money.
