Kevin Cox, MD, Jose Torres, MD, and Jacob Cox, MD, have partnered to join Orlando Health.

Dr. Kevin Cox and Dr. Torres have previously held leadership roles at Orlando Health — Health Central Hospital in Ocoee, Fla. Dr. Jacob Cox currently serves as vice-chief of surgery at the hospital.

“This partnership made a lot of sense for us, as we’ve known and worked alongside many of the Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic physicians for years, building a strong mutual respect,” Dr. Kevin Cox said.

Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute has more than 50 locations in Florida, according to its website.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
