Optim Orthopedics performs four free joint replacements

Savannah, Ga.-based Optim Orthopedics performed four free joint replacement surgeries as part of Operation Walk USA, the Savannah Business Journal reports.

Charles Hopes II, MD, and David Sedory, MD, performed the joint replacements at Optim Surgery Center in Savannah. Dr. Hope first introduced Operation Walk to the practice, and it has since become an annual tradition.

Operation Walk USA is now in its 10th year. Each December, the nonprofit partners with surgeons throughout the country to perform charitable joint replacement procedures.
