Metro Tulsa (Okla.) Foot & Ankle Specialists, a foot and ankle surgery and treatment practice, has provided notice of a data breach.
The practice became aware of unusual activity in its network environment on or about July 29, 2026. An investigation revealed that certain information may have been copied without authorization on July 30, 2026, according to an Oct. 28 notice from Metro Tulsa Foot & Ankle Specialists.
Information that may have been involved in the incident includes names, addresses, dates of birth, Social Security numbers and medical information.
On Aug. 31, 2026, a ransomware group claimed to have obtained data belonging to the practice, according to an Oct. 29 report from Claim Depot.
