Ohio hospital to add orthopedic, sports medicine practice

Wooster (Ohio) Community Hospital is integrating Wooster (Ohio) Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Center into its multispecialty physician group. 

Wooster Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Center is led by Rodney Miller, MD, Nicholas Spittle, DO, and Steven Widmer, MD, according to a Jan. 24 news release from Wooster Community Hospital.

The practice’s entire orthopedic staff will remain in place to ensure a smooth transition of care. 

Services provided by the practice include orthopedic surgery, physical therapy and advanced diagnostic imaging. 

Starting Feb. 1, the practice will operate as Bloomington Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, the release said.
