Ohio hospital adds Dr. Andrew Blankenship

Napoleon, Ohio-based Henry County Hospital has added Andrew Blankenship, DO, to its orthopedics department, according to a March 27 report from The Crescent-News

Dr. Blankenship has experience in both orthopedic and spine surgery. He performs procedures including kyphoplasty, SI fusion, lumbar laminectomy, lumbar discectomy and intracept and ACDF.

He completed an orthopedic spine fellowship at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Mich., following his orthopedic surgery residency at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio.

Dr. Blankenship is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the North American Spine Society, the report said.
