Tilghman Square Shopping Center is passed by approximately 32,000 vehicles a day, according to the report.
OAA will move into the 35.75-acre commercial shopping center, which has 248,533 square feet of retail, medical, office and restaurant space.
OAA has locations in Allentown, Bethlehem, Lehighton and New Tripoli, Pa. It also has an ASC in Allentown.
