The property consists of two adjoining buildings that house three tenants, including the orthopedic group for General Physician, one of the region’s largest medical groups. Windsong Radiology is the medical park’s anchor tenant, occupying just over 41,000 square feet, while about 25,000 square feet is leased by Kaleida Health, Montecito said Jan. 21.
The acquisition continues Montecito’s expansion in the Buffalo area. In November, the company acquired a property occupied by the Ambulatory Surgery Center of Western New York in Amherst, another Buffalo suburb.
