Nevada orthopedic group opens new clinic

Carson City, Nev.-based Tahoe Orthopedics & Sports Medicine has opened a new clinic in Gardnerville, Nev., in partnership with South Lake Tahoe, Calif.-based Barton Health. 

The clinic is now accepting patients, according to a Dec. 17 news release. 

Tahoe Orthopedics & Sports Medicine specializes in treating musculoskeletal conditions of the ankle, knee, hip, shoulder, spine, elbow, hand and wrist. Services at the new site include robotic-assisted joint replacement using the Mako SmartRobotics system.

The practice, a medical partner of U.S. Ski & Snowboard, also has additional locations throughout the Carson Valley and Lake Tahoe region.
