Nashville Business Journal names Dr. Burton Elrod 2015 Health Care Hero

The Nashville Business Journal named Burton Elrod, MD, one of the 2015 Health Care Heroes.

Dr. Elrod is the founder of Nashville, Tenn.-based Elite Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center, where he also provides care. He focuses on sports-related injuries and arthroscopic surgery of the knee, shoulder and elbow.

 

Nashville Business Journal’s healthcare heroes are selected for their contributions to the city’s health community, according to the report.
