The acquisition will expand Modern’s presence into nearly 25 offices, serving patients in markets across Florida and Texas, according to a Sept. 3 news release.
Florida Orthopedic Foot and Ankle will now operate under the Modern brand. Modern Foot & Ankle will also welcome podiatric surgeon James Cottom, MD.
Through the acquisition, Modern will now provide three new services, including the “All-Inside” arthroscopic Brostrom procedure, total ankle replacement and regenerative medical services.
