1. Columbia Orthopaedic Group implemented Force Therapeutics in June 2020. The service lets patients access information about at-home care before and after orthopedic surgery.
2. In February, 94 percent of patients at the practice chose to use the service, compared to 82 percent last year.
3. Older patients use the platform more than younger ones.
4. Extra staff was hired since Force Therapeutics was implemented to help monitor patient messages and data.
