MidJersey recently extended its lease with the property, which was purchased by Kings Row Medical Properties. Additional tenants include a physical therapy practice and two ASCs.

There was a lot of buyer interest in the 24,200-square-foot property, according to the report. The building has an easement with Atlantic Health System and Hunterdon Healthcare System that connects the orthopedic building to other medical offices for easy access.

At the Becker's 23rd Annual Spine, Orthopedic and Pain Management-Driven ASC + The Future of Spine Conference, taking place June 11-13 in Chicago, spine surgeons, orthopedic leaders and ASC executives will come together to explore minimally invasive techniques, ASC growth strategies and innovations shaping the future of outpatient spine care.
