Jaclyn Konopka, MD, an orthopedic surgeon specializing in adult reconstruction, has joined Middletown, Conn.-based Middlesex Orthopedic & Spine Associates.
Dr. Konopka focuses on complex primary and revision hip and knee replacement surgeries, including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted procedures. She also performs anterior-based hip replacements, partial knee replacements, hip core decompression and fracture surgeries near joint replacements, according to a Sept. 23 LinkedIn post.
She treats patients with a range of hip and knee conditions, including arthritis, osteonecrosis, dysplasia and bursitis. Her practice emphasizes patient-centered care, surgical optimization, perioperative risk reduction and addressing healthcare disparities.
Dr. Konopka performs surgeries at Middlesex Hospital, Middlesex Center for Advanced Orthopedic Surgery and Midstate Medical Center.
