Total hip arthroplasty (CPT code 27130) ASC reimbursements are expected to grow 3% in 2025 year over year. Total knee arthroplasty (CPT code 27447) is also expected to see a 3% bump in Medicare payments year over year.
CMS projected overall ASC payments to increase to about $7.4 billion, the report said.
