Parcus Medical will add onto Medacta’s sports medicine and arthroscopy portfolios, and Medacta will take over the company’s U.S. manufacturing site in Florida. Fifty employees were added to Medacta through the acquisition.
The transaction has been completed, but details of the deal weren’t disclosed.
