Columbia, Tenn.-based Maury Regional Health opened its Orthopedic Surgical Institute.
The facility is on the first floor of the first floor of the Outpatient Pavilion on Maury Regional Medical Center’s campus, according to a May 20 news release. It expands operating capacity to support a growing demand for orthopedic procedures.
The Orthopedic Surgical Institute has four operating rooms, Mako SmartRobotics, 7D Flash navigation and other orthopedic systems.
The institute is part of a Maury Regional Health’s larger strategic plan. Recently the system opened Lawrence Health Center and the first of several new retail pharmacy locations.
