Nantucket (Mass.) Cottage Hospital has added four orthopedic physicians to its staff, according to an Aug. 28 report from Nantucket Current.
John Tierney, DO, Thomas Wuerz, MD, Martin Dolan, MD, and Alfred Hanmer, MD, will provide orthopedic services at the hospital.
Dr. Tierney specializes in shoulder and upper extremity reconstruction as well as knee preservation; Dr. Wuerz is a hip preservation and sports medicine specialist; Dr. Dolan specializes in the surgical and non-surgical treatment of the hand, wrist and elbow; and Dr. Hanmer is a joint replacement specialist.
Nantucket Cottage Hospital is part of Boston-based Mass General Brigham.
