Orthopedic surgeon Timmothy Randell, MD, completed the procedure using Think Surgical’s Tmini miniature robotic system. The system is a wireless, handheld device that uses CT scans to guide orthopedic surgeons in performing precise total knee replacements.
Rapides CEO Vernon Jones praised the debut of the new technology in the report.
