Dr. Kucharzyk is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon at DK Orthopedics in Crown Point, Ind., who specializes in pediatric orthopedics and spine surgery.
He received his doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and underwent pediatric orthopedic and spinal deformity fellowship training at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.
Dr. Kucharzyk currently consults on the MD-Max ULIF System, a minimally invasive spine surgery system. He is a member of the Mid-America Orthopaedic Society and the North American Spine Society, among other professional organizations.
