Kentucky orthopedic center rebrands after 60 years

Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine Owensboro changed its name to Advanced Center for Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, according to a news release shared with Becker’s Spine Review Feb. 23.

The practice was founded nearly 60 years ago as a small general orthopedic practice.

The practice specializes in orthopedic, sports medicine, joint replacement and orthopedic trauma.

Charles Milem, MD, orthopedic surgeon, said the name change “better reflects our team’s commitment and level of expertise.”
