Montecito Medical recently acquired property in Scottsdale, Ariz., housing Integrated Orthopedics, the real estate company said Jan. 21.
Integrated Orthopedics leases approximately 17,650 square feet of the two-story building. The practice specializes in orthopedic surgery, sports medicine and physical therapy.
Other tenants of the building include United Urology Group and Admire Plastic Surgery.
