The National Association for Business Resources listed the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons as one of "Chicago's Best and Brightest Companies to Work For," according to a July 12 news release.
The designation was granted after an independent team evaluated a range of factors including the AAOS' employee compensation, benefits, retention, diversity and work-life balance.
"Being recognized by NABR is a testament to the culture we've cultivated and the value we place on our people," AAOS CEO Thomas Arend Jr. said.
The AAOS earned a similar honor in 2020 when it was named a Top Workplace by the Chicago Tribune.
