Dr. Kenneth Anderson dies after 44 years of practice

Orthopedic surgeon Kenneth Anderson, MD, 83, died at his home in Albany, Ore., on March 14, reports the Corvallis (Ore.) Gazette-Times.

An Iowa native, Dr. Anderson graduated from the University of Iowa School of Medicine in Iowa City before entering the U.S. Army, where he achieved the rank of captain.

He completed an orthopedic residency at the University of Missouri School of Medicine in Columbia.

Dr. Anderson practiced for 44 years, primarily in Oregon, where he opened his orthopedic practice in 1970.
