Rexburg, Idaho-based Madison Memorial Hospital surgeons are using the Navio Surgical System to assist with total knee replacement procedures, East Idaho News reports.

Madison Memorial installed the system in late 2018. In addition to helping surgeons better position implants, the system eliminates the need for preprocedure CT scans.

Matheau Eysser, DO, will perform robotic surgeries at Madison Memorial Hospital.
