Orthopedic

The Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery has agreed to acquire Miller Review Course Parts I and II from Miller Orthopaedic Review Enterprises.

Here are four things to know:

1. The Miller Review Course Part I is a five-day in-person comprehensive orthopedic review held in Denver every May. Taught by Mark Miller, MD, the course is designed to prepare orthopedic residents for board certification.

2. The Miller Review Course Part II is intended to prepare early-career orthopedic surgeons for the oral examination, which is usually taken during the third year of practice.

3. Dr. Miller will remain involved with the programs.

4. The transaction is expected to close in July 2018.
