Ronald Kvitne, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon at Los Angeles-based Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic.

Dr. Kvitne is an associate clinical professor at the University of Southern California's department of orthopedic surgery in Los Angeles. He serves as team physician for the Los Angeles Kings, as well as associate

orthopedic consultant for the Los Angeles Dodgers and Los Angeles Lakers. He served as a team physician for the Los Angeles Blades.

 

Bylined in 31 publications, Dr. Kvitne is involved with several medical organizations, including the American Medical Association, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and American Shoulder and Elbow

Surgeons.

 

After earning his medical doctorate at the UC San Francisco, Dr. Kvitne completed an internship and residency at Chicago-based Northwestern University Medical Center. He underwent fellowship training at Kerlan-Jobe

Orthopaedic Clinic.
