Orthopedic surgeon to know: Dr. T.K. Miller of Carilion Clinic
Written by Adam Schrag | February 21, 2017 | Print | EmailT.K. Miller, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon currently serving as sports medicine section chief at Roanoke, Va.-based Carilion Clinic's Institute for Orthopaedics and Neurosciences.
Dr. Miller specializes in sports medicine, with a particular focus on arthroscopy and knee and shoulder reconstruction. He is associate professor of orthopedic surgery at Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine, assistant professor of medical specialties-orthopedics at Blacksburg-based Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and a clinical associate professor of orthopedic surgery at Charlottesville-based University of Virginia School of Medicine.
After obtaining his medical degree at the University of Pittsburgh, Dr. Miller completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Pittsburgh-based University Health Center Hospitals and his sports medicine fellowship at Columbus, Ga.-based Hughston Clinic.
