Casper, Wyo.-based McGinley Orthopaedic Innovations added Joseph McGinley, MD, PhD, as chief financial officer, according to Wyoming Business Report.

1. Since 2012, Dr. McGinley has worked with McGinley Orthopaedic on manufacturing and devising the IntelliSense Orthopaedic Drill, which minimizes the time it takes surgeons to drill holes and implant screws.
2. In his new role, Dr. McGinley aims to help the company grow and curb the growing unemployment rate for Wyoming workers. The company currently employs 50 people.
