The Hurt! app offers patients guidance and support with no paywalls or subscriptions. It is designed to help patients seeking timely orthopedic advice to determine whether they should visit an urgent care, emergency room or schedule an in-person clinic appointment.

Experts on the app, including nurses, therapists and surgeons are on standby every day and will respond within 90 seconds, the report said.

The app offers photo, chat and video chat capabilities and is available as a mobile app and a web/desktop platform.

At the Becker's 23rd Annual Spine, Orthopedic and Pain Management-Driven ASC + The Future of Spine Conference, taking place June 11-13 in Chicago, spine surgeons, orthopedic leaders and ASC executives will come together to explore minimally invasive techniques, ASC growth strategies and innovations shaping the future of outpatient spine care.
