Des Plaines-based Illinois Bone & Joint Institute has brought three orthopedic surgeons to its North office in Arlington Heights, Ill.
Hasham Alvi, MD, specializes in minimally invasive hip and knee replacement, including anterior approach total hip and kinematic alignment knee procedures. He also performs complex revision surgeries, according to an Oct. 1 system news release.
Peter Boucas, DO, is a spine surgeon treating adults and adolescents with minimally invasive techniques for degenerative conditions and traumatic injuries.
Emma Dwyer, MD, focuses on hand and upper-extremity surgery, including microsurgery, joint replacement and arthroscopy, as well as treatment for carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis and tendon injuries.
Dr. Alvi will see patients in Arlington Heights North and Buffalo Grove, while Drs. Boucas and Dwyer will practice at Arlington Heights North.
