1. Dr. Parnes is an orthopedic surgeon at Carthage (N.Y.) Area Hospital.
2. In the October issue, Arthroscopy: The Journal of Arthroscopy and Related Surgery published one of Dr. Parnes’ papers.
3. Arthroscopy Techniques published the other two papers.
4. Surgeons from New York-based Fort Drum, University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester, Potsdam, N.Y.-based Clarkson University and Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City all collaborated on the three papers.
5. Dr. Parnes started Carthage Area Hospital’s orthopedic program six years ago, and has contributed to more than 40 orthopedic journals and book chapters throughout his career.
