1. Integra alleges that HyperBranch’s Adherus Autospray Dural Sealant, Adherus Dural Sealant and Adherus Spinal Sealant all infringe patents licensed by Integra from Incept.
2. Integra’s suit claims that U.S. Patents 7,009,034; 7,592,418; 7,332,566; 6,566,406; 8,003,705; and 8,535,705 are infringed by HyperBranch’s Adherus products.
3. The lawsuit is seeking for HyperBranch to discontinue making, selling or offering to sell the Adherus products.
4. Integra is also seeking grant treble damages for willful infringement.
