3. After earning his medical degree from Carol Davila University of Medicine in Bucharest, Romania, Dr. Radulescu underwent his orthopedic surgery residency at McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
4. Dr. Radulescu finished his hip and knee reconstruction fellowship at Royal Oak, Mich.-based William Beaumont Hospital.
