HSHS Medical Group Orthopedic Surgery – Breese (Ill.) has added Carl Painter, MD, to its staff.
Dr. Painter is an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in hip, knee and shoulder replacement, as well as treating joint instability and common nerve conditions, according to a May 26 news release from HSHS Medical Group.
He completed his orthopedic surgery residency and internship at Southern Illinois University, Springfield.
Dr. Painter is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery, the release said.
