1. Wyoming, 40: $144.41 

2. North Dakota, 70: $179.44

3. Maine, 100: $109.84

4. Iowa, 110: $166.51

5. Kansas, 120: $163.57

6. Oregon, 150: $169.40

7. Alabama, 180: $157.77
