HOPCo establishes joint venture with Provider Network Solutions to expand value-based care

Healthcare Outcomes Performance Company, a leader in musculoskeletal practice management, has partnered with Provider Network Solutions to establish a joint venture: HOPCo Network Solutions.

The joint venture will acquire the existing PNS musculoskeletal value-based care networks across Florida, according to an Aug. 22 press release. 

PNS connects payers with networks of more than 1,100 orthopedic, pain management and podiatry providers. It currently manages over 1.8 million fully insured patients. 

HOPCo Network Solutions will add to HOPCo’s existing value-based specialty networks, including HOPCo Florida MSK and HOPCo Arizona MSK. 

PNS’ president and chief strategy officer, Thinh Tran, MD, will become CEO for HOPCo Network Solutions. HOPCo’s executive vice president of growth and network strategies, Jordan McInerney, will assume the role of chief operations officer.

In the last 12 months, HOPCo has entered multiple practice partnerships across six states. It has also partnered with payers, health systems and physician partners in more than 30 states.
