2. Prior to joining HealthpointCapital, Mr. Todorov was a director in the global healthcare team at UBS Investment Bank, focusing on medical technology with an emphasis on the musculoskeletal sector.
3. While at UBS, Mr. Todorov executed over 25 mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions with aggregate value in excess of $35 billion.
4. HealthpointCapital is raising its fourth musculoskeletal-focused fund. The firm currently has $800 million under investment and the HealthpointCapital team will be attending the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons meeting in New Orleans.
