The merger is intended to provide hospital clients with a fully integrated platform for each of these services.
2. Dubbed EA-Synergy, the combined entity will leverage Synergy Surgicalists’ dominant market share in the surgicalist space, as well as EA Health’s advanced data, analytics and recruiting capabilities.
3. EA-Synergy’s leadership team includes former executives from Envision Physician Services, Envision Healthcare, HCA Healthcare and Synergy Surgicalists.
4. Sriram Iyer, former executive director of The Advisory Board Co., will serve as CEO.
5. Enhanced Healthcare Partners will provide capital to support EA-Synergy’s future growth.
