Dr. Silver specializes in arthroscopic treatments for shoulder, elbow and knee sports injuries. He’s known for his advances in rotator cuff repair and posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. He also has expertise in regenerative medicine and offers stem cell treatment for arthritis and tendinitis.
Dr. Silver received his medical degree at Valhalla-based New York Medical College and completed his residency at New York University Medical Center in New York City.
